MADO Management is Hiring a Clinical Director (Douglas Park) Near Chicago, IL

Hiring for Clinical Director - Illinois licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC)
The Clinical Director is responsible for the management of a clinical team made up of six case managers, one group leader and one CRSS who are providing clinical care and case management services for adults who have a serious mental illness and may also have a substance use diagnoses. The Clinical Director may also be required to carry a small caseload and provide direct service.
Responsibilities for Clinical Director:
- Ensures compliance with Illinois Department Public Health (IDPH), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and Admissions requirements
- Ensures client orientation is completed for each new admission
- Directs the provision of services using psychological rehabilitation and emphasizing wellness, resilience and recovery
- Provides crisis de-escalation and intervention
- Assists in resolving client and family grievances in a timely manner
- Ensures the facilitation of all aspects of a client’s plan of care including assessments and treatment planning, communication with managed care organizations (MCOs) and community-based providers
- Works closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide feedback and maintain communication
- Hires, trains, schedules, directs, evaluates and provides oversight to the social services department, staff, including case managers, case manager assistants and group leaders

Requirements for Clinical Director:
Illinois licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) Also, license eligible individuals. Two to five years’ clinical experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
